September Schedule for the Modifications Committee . . .  The Modification Committee will meet on Wednesday,  September 7 and Wednesday,  September 21. All submitted application for change will be reviewed at that time.  Thank you for your cooperation.


Fall Consumer Showcase ~ Mark Your Calendars for October 27 . . . On Thursday, October 27 Sun City Huntley's Prairie Lodge will once again welcome over 130 exhibitors to showcase their service, products, and programs to the Sun City Residents and the general public!  (more)

 

South Wildflower Lake Parking Lot . . . will be closed for an additional week during the asphalt renovation and construction work. The Parking Lot should be open on Monday, 8/29/2016.

Please stay out of this dangerous construction area during the scheduled closure.

Plans for the 15th Anniversary Sun City's 9/11 American Flag Memorial & Display . . . Volunteers have planned for this year's 9/11 Flag Memorial a Memorial Flag Garden, Memorial Museum as well as showings of the documentary "9/11". (more)

 

Sun City Huntley Spelling Bee  . . . On September 13, residents of Sun City will participate in a Spelling Bee in Drendel Ballroom. Round #1 will begin at 5:30pm and registration is required. This event is Co-

Sun City Hosts Volunteer Appreciation Event . . . On September 14th, Sun City residents who have volunteered during 2016 will be recognized at the complimentary Volunteer Appreciation Event.  Volunteers include; Committees, Charter Club Board members, Board members, NAC Reps, etc.  (more)

 

Garth Brooks Tribute Band . . . On September 22, Shawn Gerhard will return to Drendel Ballroom. He is the next best thing to the man himself, Garth Brooks.  Tickets still available and open to the public! (more)

Sunflower Garden Club will host their annual Mum Sale on Saturday, September 3rd from 9am to Noon in the Fountain View Pavilion. (more)


Symposium Club - On September 19, guest speaker will be Dick Cavenaugh who will tell his story about almost making his dream of youth come true, but he did not quite make it. Dick was born and raised in Chicago, was a National League home base umpire in the first game of the 1984 National League playoffs between the Chicago Cubs and the San Diego Padres.   (more)

Model Railroad Club - The Model Railroad Club's weekend operation schedule takes place every Sunday 1 - 4pm , dependent on weather.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.  (more)
