Meadow View Lodge North Entrance Concrete Work
The north entrance to Meadow View Lodge will be closed beginning Tuesday, 10/14/2014 for exterior concrete repair work. The awning will be secured and the concrete will be removed and replaced for structural stability. Please use the entrance directly adjacent to the parking lot on the west side of the building for all entry and exit from the building until the concrete improvements are completed. This work is expected to be complete by 10/21/2014 dependent upon the weather. Thank you for your patience and please contact Chris Leuck at 847-515-7612 if you have any questions.

Community Water Feature Fall Shut-Downs
All of the community water features will be turned off on Thursday 10/16/2014. The front entry waterfalls, Fountain View Lake waterfalls and the waterfalls behind the lodge will be turned off. The Fountain View fountain and the fountain behind the lodge will be turned off. We will be winterizing the pumps and motors for the waterfalls and the fountains through the rest of October. If there are any questions please contact the Maintenance Department at 847-515-7612.

Restroom Closures
All restrooms at the outside facilities will be closed for the season on November 3rd including the Fountain View Pavilion, Tall Oaks Tennis Courts, and the Wildflower Lake Comfort Station.

Was Your Parkway Tree Removed Due to Ash Borer?
If you are one of the many residents who lost your parkway tree due to Emerald Ash Borer, you might be interested in participating in the Village's 50/50 Tree Program. This allows you to replace the tree at a significant savings. (more)

Broken Arrow and Positively 4th Street” – a Tribute to Neil Young and Bob Dylan
Saturday, November 1. Essentially two bands in one, faithfully replicate the music of Neil Young and Bob Dylan and will have you rockin’ in your seat to the music of these great artists. Prairie Voices 10th Anniversary Concert
Monday, November 17. Celebrating 10 years of entertaining audiences both within and outside our community. The ensemble of more than 20 singers, directed by RD Holloman, will perform a selection of favorites that have delighted audiences over the years. Video preview available. (more)

The Fortunate Sons
Thursday, November 20. The group was formed to bring the ultimate C.C.R. experience to the stage. Each member was chosen to portray the playing style and appearance of Creedence in their prime. Jim McDonough & His Orchestra And Singers Trip
Sunday, November 30. International Steinway Artist Jim McDonough and his orchestra sold a quarter million CDs, and has performed breathtaking concerts for tens of thousands of Iowans. The Garden Club is putting together a patriotic tablescape to accompany our Patriotic Christmas tree in Prairie Lodge during the Christmas season.
